Refund and Cancellation
Last updated 31 May 2026
Kudora Pro is sold and billed by the app store you buy it through. This page explains how to cancel and how refunds work.
How purchases work
When you subscribe to Pro, the purchase is processed by the app store on your device, either the App Store or Google Play. The store handles payment, tax, and your billing details. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
Cancel any time
You can cancel whenever you like, directly in your app store account. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it does not renew.
- Google Play. Open the Play Store, tap your profile, choose Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select Kudora to cancel. You can also manage it at play.google.com.
- App Store. Open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Kudora, and cancel.
Refunds
We do not process payments, so we are not able to issue refunds directly. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy, and any request goes to the store that processed your purchase.
- Google Play. Request a refund through your order history in the Play Store, or at play.google.com.
- App Store. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Whether a refund is granted is decided by the store under its terms. If you need help, contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically so your Pro features continue without a break. The renewal price is the published price for your plan and region at the time of renewal. To stop a renewal, cancel before the current period ends.
